Platform: ClauseBot, WeldTrack™, MiltmonNDT Academy, and related services (“Platform”)

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

2. Description of Services

MiltmonNDT provides:

• AI-assisted compliance tools (ClauseBot)

• welding and inspection training (Academy)

• digital inspection and workflow tools (WeldTrack™)

These services are intended to support understanding of industry standards such as AWS, ASME, API, and related frameworks.

3. Companion, Not Replacement

The Platform is provided as a supplemental tool only.

The Platform:

• does not replace official codes, standards, or governing bodies

• does not replace certified inspectors, engineers, or professionals

• does not provide authoritative or legally binding interpretations

Users must:

• consult official codebooks

• comply with all applicable regulations

• exercise independent professional judgment

4. No Professional Advice

All content provided through the Platform is for educational and informational purposes only.

The Platform does not provide:

• engineering advice

• inspection certification

• legal or regulatory authority

5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

ClauseBot and related features use artificial intelligence to generate responses.

AI-generated outputs:

• may be incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated

• are probabilistic in nature

• must be independently verified

You are solely responsible for any decisions made based on Platform output.

6. No Guarantee of Results

Use of the Platform does not guarantee:

• success on certification exams (e.g., AWS CWI)

• employment or job placement

• inspection accuracy or regulatory compliance

7. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• verify all AI-generated outputs against official standards

• use the Platform in compliance with applicable laws

• refrain from submitting sensitive or proprietary data

• not rely solely on the Platform for safety-critical decisions

8. Proprietary Data Warning

You must not submit:

• Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS)

• Procedure Qualification Records (PQRs)

• proprietary fabrication processes or data

• confidential or project-specific information

The Platform is not a secure document repository or records system.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MiltmonNDT shall not be liable for:

• errors or omissions in Platform content

• reliance on AI-generated outputs

• jobsite incidents, failures, or damages

• certification, employment, or compliance outcomes

This limitation applies to all damages, including:

• direct

• indirect

• incidental

• consequential

10. Intellectual Property

All Platform content, including:

• software

• AI systems

• training materials

• branding and design

is the property of MiltmonNDT or its licensors.

You may not:

• reproduce

• distribute

• modify

• reverse engineer

any part of the Platform without prior written permission.

11. Payments & Subscriptions

If you purchase services:

• fees will be charged as described at checkout

• subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled

• refunds are governed by the applicable refund policy

12. Accounts

You are responsible for:

• maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials

• all activity conducted under your account

MiltmonNDT reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misuse or violation of these Terms.

13. Third-Party Services

The Platform may integrate with third-party services, including:

• Stripe (payment processing)

• Vercel / AWS (hosting infrastructure)

• Supabase / Firebase (data services)

MiltmonNDT is not responsible for the availability, security, or practices of third-party services.

14. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.

15. Modifications to the Service and Terms

We reserve the right to:

• modify or discontinue any part of the Platform

• update these Terms at any time

Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
